Description
Original cast aluminium Lion & Wheel plaque fitted when new as a pair to BR class 86 English Electric Bo-Bo locomotives. One hundred were built between 1965-66 specifically to replace steam locos on the then newly-electrified West Coast Main Line (E3101 – E3200). In desirable ex-loco condition front and rear, with evidence of BR blue paint around the edges. Height 460mm, Width 460mm. Please view images for condition details.
