Delivery.

Once you find the product you are interested in, click the enquire about this product button. This will inform us of your interest. We will get back you with any further details we may have on that product and if you want to make a purchase send you details for payment either by cash in person, BACS payment, cheque or PayPal. 

 

Due to the caring nature of our business we currently do not provide an on-line shopping basket.

Delivery:

Standard Items should be received within 3 - 5 working days. All items will be dispatched on working days. Working days are - Monday to Friday (excludes Bank Holidays and Public Holidays). We use Royal Mail Special Delivery or specialist delivery couriers depending on the size and weight of the goods.

Heavier or Fragile Items: 

These items will be quoted for individually by our courier company. Some items such as clocks and signage are heavy and fragile and require specialist handling.

 

Collection Only:

It may be possible to collect your item in person - please contact us to arrange a convenient time. We attend numerous railway events around the country, so it may also be possible to have your item delivered to a specific event/auction.

 

Courier Deliveries:

In regard to any deliveries arranged by us, with a courier, if for any reason there is no one there to accept the arranged delivery, within the agreed time, and a second delivery has to be rescheduled, we will have to pass on to you, the charge for the second delivery if applicable.

Reserved Items:

We can only reserve items for 48 hours, between Monday & Friday. We do not reserve items over a weekend.

Returns:
In the (hopefully) unlikely event that you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we realise there may be certain occasions that you wish to return them.

On-line purchases:
Goods may be returned (to our Brockenhurst address) within 14 days of the date of purchase, provided that the goods are in their original packaging, and they are in the same saleable condition, in which you received them. Once the goods have been received back in said condition, a full refund will be given, minus the original postage costs. The return postage costs will be borne by the customer. Please note, any items returned to us for a refund must be packaged accordingly, so that they arrive with us undamaged & in their original condition. Failure to comply with this condition, may result in your refund being refused. We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost, during transit. With that in mind, we recommend all packages are sent recorded delivery with appropriate levels of insurance cover.
