LNER 12inch clock Ex Waskerley Station Cabin

A rare and unusual Stockton & Darlington Railway 12inch roundhead wall clock, Ex Waskerley Station Cabin, opened 1.9.1845, closed 2.8.1965. Original LNER dial No.6374 in good condition except for a small area of restoration around one pillar fixing point. Solid Oak dial surround (400mm diameter) and back box with a very unusual side hinged case opening. Quality brass fusee movement with chain drive and turned support pillars. To Collectors Corner, Euston 29.5.1986 - original pendulum retaining BR Collectors Corner label still attached. Complete with clock records. Runs well and keeps good time.
