BR Standard Loco Steam Whistle Ex 78012

An original British Railways steam locomotive whistle, operating valve and lever. In nicely cleaned condition and originating from standard class 2, 2.6.0. No.78012. Built Darlington 31.01.1954, withdrawn Bolton Shed 31.05.1967 and scrapped Drapers, Hull 31.10.1967 – only 13 years old! Whistle presents numerous casting marks and stamps including the locomotive number ‘78012’.
