Edith Reynolds Leather Horse

A charming hand-made horse by Edith Reynolds. She first began making her model horses around 1944/45. She made them from calf skins filled with granulated rubber. These models were stocked in prestigious London stores such as Harrods, Hamleys and Fortnum & Mason. Some evidence of previous repair and re-stitching. Please view images for condition details.
